What is a "Servant Leader"?

We use the term “Servant Leader” in place of the word “volunteer.” The term is inspired from Matthew 20:26, which speaks of being a servant. We believe God doesn't raise leaders, but He raises servants who become leaders. Servant leaders at EYYS are individuals who have experienced the glory of God and now want to help us facilitate an event to allow others to enter in.
